Each session builds on the other and this training is personalized and interactive. A workbook, Building Personal Resilience™ by HeartMath®, will be mailed to you prior to the training, which will enhance your learning process. Please be sure to enable your video/audio on your computer or smart device, and plan to attend in a quiet and private room. A headset is preferred, but not required.

Students who are new to video conferencing may feel strange with it, but imagine we will be sitting across a table from one another, and you can engage in the conversation as much as you are comfortable. You can access this video link via any smart device or computer. A ZOOM link will be embedded in your calendar link in the confirmation & reminder emails.
