MINDFUL LIVING: Contextualized for the modern life.

What does mindfulness mean for the modern person and how does it relate to those who want a deeper spiritual awakening? We will explore the foundations of mindful living and meditation as well as the contextualization of a deeper spiritual path vs. finding peace within--while not being mutually exclusive.

• What to bring:
A pen/paper (or device) if you'd like to take notes. A cushion if you prefer to sit on the floor.

• Important to know:
This is a secular exploration of topics around mindfulness and meditation. We welcome all respectful views and practice open-mindedness and tolerance for all participants.
