Learn strategies that encourage and support an effective and sustainable practice of energy-management skills. This increases the ability of the individual to more effectively self-regulate and to sustain their composure and balance as they face the day-to-day challenges in their personal and professional lives.

I am a licensed HeartMath® coach and will share some of this training in this session. Build your personal resilience, improve our functionality, health, relationships, as well as to help to connect to our intuition and higher states of consciousness.

When the heart and brain work in unison, in a frequency that is harmonious, this is called coherence and many good things arise from this:

* Immediately lowers stress hormones.
* Raise anti-aging DHEA hormone levels.
* Improves your heart rate variability (HRV) for maximum longevity.
* Maintain emotional clarity in the midst of chaos.
* Achieve peak mental and intuitive performance.

The format will include open discussion, my presentation on the material, an multiple meditations.
