What would true freedom or personal liberation look like and what meaning would it offer in your life? We can look back at the perspective presented in classical yoga texts for inspiration, and then inquire as to how that may be helpful or not in the perspective of our current live/lives.
Making a conscious choice at some point in our lives to explore inward, identify, and make sense of our stories and potentially limiting beliefs that we have come to hold true of ourselves, and we may seek a form of liberation from an interminable state of emotional repetition.
