We will focus on a few specific meditation methods that offer distinct differences in experience and in the development of your practice. Breath awareness, body scanning/sensing, and creative emotional exploration such as gratitude and loving kindness. We will be sitting in meditation for the majority of the time, so please bring a meditation cushion or anything else for your comfort.
