ROLLING H CYCLES PRESENTS INSPIRE YOUR RIDE BIKE FESTIVAL
Inspire is about YOUR ride experience.
The festival is like an outdoor concert, but instead features a stellar speaker lineup with pros like Fairlee Frey, Sonya Looney, and ME! Spend the day outside with your best bike friends hanging out at the park enjoying tales of adventure. Bring your low back chairs and blankets.
The day kicks off with an expo. Upon arrival you’ll receive your attendee swag bag that includes a “trail map” of booths to visit. Get your trail map passport stamped and turn it in for a chance to win great prizes. You’ll also have time to check out products and vendors.
Of course no bike festival is complete without beer gardens, wine, and food trucks.
After the expo, trail map, and speakers, stick around for the party of the year and enjoy hanging out at the park with music, friends, and fun.
This event is sure to please with rad speakers sharing about how they inspire their ride and hopefully yours too!

An agent of transformation by helping others realize their fuller potential through holistic nutrition, wellness, meditation, Yoga, metaphysical spirituality, and all things related. She’s a teacher and a coach, but recognizes the variety of proverbial hats to wear such as: athlete, foodie, friend, worker, spouse, parent, cosmic, and eternal. Her intention is to help people to come into an energetic balance between their physical state, their desire for spiritual wholeness, and to build personal resiliency.
Most days you will find her living an active lifestyle—hanging out with her husband, traveling, hiking with her dog, reading, gym workouts, Yoga, cycling, and tending her organic vegetable garden. Yet what most people would never guess about her is that she’s breaking all the expectations of Western medicine. She wasn’t expected to live past the age of 30—but is nearly 20 years past that now. Yet, she struggled to find wellness most of her life. Sick since birth, in and out of the hospital with chronic illness, she was born with a congenital immune deficiency called Common Variable Immune Deficiency (CVID), and her journey toward wholeness came with the wellness advice from one wise doctor when she was 16.
In 1993 she began teaching Yoga and fitness. She also coached cycling and triathlon, worked as a content editor for an online triathlon media company, and spent her fair share of time training and racing.
