Learn how to make practical & effective food/lifestyle changes while also cultivating mental, emotional, & spiritual wellness. Changing from within will create long lasting changes. This is also appropriate for those with chronic illness, a difficult mix of health challenges, & weight loss/body composition changes. Mind-Body-Spirit!

6 weeks of consecutive one to one coaching.

  • 1 initial session, lasting approximately 90 minutes
  • 5 additional sessions, lasting approximately 45-60 minutes

One-to-one personalize consultations to focus on total wellness, holistic nutrition, Yoga philosophy & lifestyle, metaphysical spirituality, meditation, energy medicine therapies, weight loss and/or body composition changes, the whole you. Overall wellness hinges on a dynamic balance of web-like interconnections. The human body is a fully interconnected organism, nothing working in isolation, and all parts affect each other.
