This signature 6 weeks of holistic wellness coaching is an integrated approach to making the necessary changes to get the health results & life you want. Entirely online, we meet via ZOOM from the comfort of your home or office--anywhere.
Learn how to make practical & effective food/lifestyle changes while also cultivating mental, emotional, & spiritual wellness. Changing from within will create long lasting changes. This is also appropriate for those with chronic illness, a difficult mix of health challenges, & weight loss/body composition changes. Mind-Body-Spirit!
6 Weeks of Consecutive 1-to-1 Coaching:
- 1 initial session, lasting approximately 90 minutes
- 5 additional sessions, lasting approximately 45-60 minutes
