Your personal attendance is required as part of the training. Each session builds on the other and this course is interactive, so it is highly beneficial to commit to the attendance. A workbook, Building Personal Resilience™ by HeartMath®, will be mailed to you prior to the training, which will enhance your learning process. Please be sure to enable your video/audio on your computer or smart device, and plan to attend in a quiet and private room. A headset is preferred, but not required.

Students who are new to video conferencing may feel strange with it, but imagine we will be sitting across a table from one another, and you can engage in the conversation as much as you are comfortable. A ZOOM link will be embedded in your calendar link in the confirmation & reminder emails. 

This course is limited to the FIRST 10 people to register. Why? I am limited in the licensing requirements, so just 10, and there will be no video recording of the event.
