HI, I’M LORI, A DEEP HEALTH & WELL-BEING+ COACH.

I’m challenging the mythical norms (a. lorde) of the fitness/wellness industry and helping women+ femmes like you to stay strong, active, and vibrant in midlife and beyond. I am an intersectional feminist, well-being+ coach, a change agent. This means I take into consideration all of who you are, your history, and how you define yourself and your well-being. The path on this journey can be tremendously varied.

I was a sick kid and wasn’t expected to make it past 30. I’m 54 now, and getting after life. Health is a on a sliding continuum, not fixed. While aging is inevitable, it’s a privilege not everyone gets.

Instead of focusing on restrictive diets, I’ll help you to prioritize fueling better to feel better, stress management strategies, quality sleep skillzzz, strength, mobility, and durability practices—all to live better + age better.

I left my job in startup tech on the quest for better health in 1993, and began working as a fitness coach and Yoga teacher. Ironman triathlon taught me the most about patience and the ability to look at the big picture while doing the daily tasks. Achieving our health and fitness goals requires repeatable foundational health habits—most days—over time.
